No refunds of any fees, pro rata or otherwise, or credits will be issued for services rendered or products purchased.

You may cancel a prepaid annual package at any time, and you will be issued a refund for your only the unused portion of the package within 2 business days.

We are proud of the service and products we deliver. However, we do not offer refunds for products already prepared and delivered to you. The product that we sell is part of our wellness service and its effect it long term. There is no point in purchasing the product to "try" it, so so a satisfaction guarantee is meaningless. Our products and services are for clients who can afford them, so please do not make purchases if you cannot afford us.
